Position Overview:
The Territory Sales Manager will represent TSDC’s product line within the wholesale business. In this pivotal role, you will drive customer acquisition, expand revenue growth, and ensure our company remains at the forefront of innovation. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and developing relationships with glaziers, dealers, and wholesale distributors, expanding the business footprint.

Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and developing relationships with glaziers, dealers, and wholesale distributors, expanding the business footprint.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Master TSDC’s product line to confidently represent it to clients.
- Travel frequently (approximately 65% of the time) to support sales efforts.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to grow market share.
- Build and maintain relationships within the glazier, dealers, and wholesale distribution industry, promoting TSDC’s offerings.
- Schedule on-site meetings and presentations to showcase products and services effectively.
- Visit client locations to provide a personalized service and strengthen rapport.
- Manage sales territory, account follow-ups, and pipeline opportunities efficiently.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless order fulfillment and timely delivery.
- Provide insights to management on market trends and evolving customer needs.
- 7+ years of experience in wholesale sales, benefit is selling directly to glaziers.
- Proven ability to negotiate effectively and close sales successfully.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly via phone, email, in-person, and digital platforms like MS Teams.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing strategic sales plans that adapt to market changes.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
